The management of the laboratory has placed research at the top of its service affairs and so far they have been able to carry out many projects to serve patients.
These plans in recent years include determining the prevalence of alpha thalassemia in infants in the north of the country, hemoglobin testing, measurement of ammonium fluid bilirubin, serum ferritin level, and others.
Sina Mehr Molecular Cell Research Group, with the permission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, has started its activities in 2013 and has carried out several dissertations and research projects in cooperation with various universities.
